  • Additional Info Elder son of Sidney Middleton Taylor and Mary Elizabeth Taylor, of Four Oaks, Warwickshire. Educated at Lickey Hills Schools and Uppingham. A director of Messrs. Heaton and Taylor, Ltd., of Birmingham. He joined the Royal Warwickshire Regt. at the outbreak of war and was gazetted to the Worcestershire Regt. in Jan., 1915. Previously wounded in the Autumn of that year at the Hohenzollern Redoubt.
