CAPTAIN F.MURPHY ROYAL ARMY MEDICAL CORPS Date Of Death: 13th February 1920. A lawn grave. The headstone is clean, legible & stable. It is in excellent condition, with no signs of damage or weathering. The grave is flat with no signs of dinkage. *to call it a lawn grave, is a misnomer. It is located under a tree canopy, where grass struggles to gain a hold. A mud grave would be more accurate. Plant a low, ground hugging evergreen perennials, to give some cover and stop mud splashback?
