Son of Habib Ali and Masuma, of Chok Anjam Mirpur, Kashmir and husband of Halima Bibi, of Chok Anjam. His death is registered under the name Khusik Mohammad corrected to Khushi. His home address is given as Kanara, Nowshera Teheil Chimbar Mirapore, India. He is described as a farmer/ driver, R.I.A.S.C. and aged 40 years.

He died of a cerebral abscess, dilation of bronchus to the right lower lobe with purulent adenitis. His death was registered by Fizal Mohd, Subadar, Indian Military Hospital, Aviemore.

The inscriptions on the gravestone, in Arabic, reads “Ho Val Ghaffoor - He, the Forgiving One” and below from the Quran “Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Raji'oon - Indeed we belong to Him (God) and Indeed we return to Him.”
