Herbert Gerald Adams was born in Quindalup, Western Australia in 1896. His parents were Henry and Frances Adams.
Herbert enlisted at Blackboy Hill in Western Australia and served with the 11th Batt of the Australian Infantry.
He died of his wounds on the 27th September 1917 aged 21 and is buried in the Cemetery in Norwich, Norfolk.
