Richard was the son of Richard and Elizabeth Hargraves. of 122a Park Lane, Aston, Birmingham.
Born in Birmingham in 1890, he served with the 2nd Btn Royal Warwickshire Regiment as Pte. 1333. He was killed in action with this battalion on 3/9/1916.
Throughout the searches of his records there are variations to his middle name and surname. Woofendon, Woofington ... Hargreaves Hargraves. ( from his own sign documents he has signed his surname HARGRAVES).
